We are so confident of the safety and strength of our unique construction methods that our play structures come with a lifetime warranty. There are a few limitations which include:
- Acts of nature. For example, but not limited to, lightening, falling trees, branches, and the like.
- Acts of vandalism.
- Damage caused by gardeners or other contractors.
- Treatment of wood by anyone other than the Custom Swing Set Company, Incorporated. This includes power washing and chemical cleaners.
- Use in a commercial environment.
- Use of the play structure in ways not intended.
- Unauthorized alterations.
- Attachment of equipment not part of the original design.
- Normal seasonal checking and cracking of wood (this includes normal contraction and expansion of wood as seasons change and wood naturally dries).
- Warranty applies to original purchaser and original installation site only.
