All of our designs meet or exceed the Consumer Safety Commission (CPSC) guidelines for playground safety.

There are no laws regulating residential or commercial play structures. However, commercial manufacturers cannot install a playground that does not meet the CPSC guidelines due to municipal insurance requirements. Most residential manufacturers do not design their play structures to comply with CPSC guidelines, but we do. We believe that the CPSC guidelines are common sense recommendations that should be applied anywhere children are engaged in play. We make it our pledge and obligation to our customers that every element in your play structure will comply with the CPSC guidelines for playground safety.
